1. Who we are. The Wealth Identity Code (“we”, “us”) is a brand of Slick Coherence LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. Contact: hello@wealthidentitycode.com.
2. What these terms cover. These terms apply when you visit wealthidentitycode.com, create an account, or buy access to The Human Expansion System or any of its courses (the “Program”).
3. Your account. You must be at least 18 years old to buy the Program. Keep your login details private. Your access is for you alone and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
4. Access. When your payment is complete, you get access to the courses you bought for the lifetime of the Program. We may update, improve or reorganize lessons over time. If we ever close the Program, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email.
5. Payments. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
6. Refunds. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Our content. All videos, lesson notes, tools, names and materials in the Program belong to Slick Coherence LLC. You may use them for your own personal development. You may not copy, record, share, sell or publish them, or use them to create a competing product.
8. Educational purpose only. The Program is personal development education. It is not therapy, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not promise any income, financial or personal result. See our Disclaimer.
9. Your conduct. Do not misuse the site, try to access other people’s accounts, or interfere with how the site works. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Slick Coherence LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Program. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.
11. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Program after an update means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
